As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA at the Penn Hills branch.PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.The job involves acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.

It includes managing the customer experience, collaborating with ecosystem partners, driving proactive sales conversations, creating customer loyalty, managing risk, and participating in branch daily operations.PNC employees are expected to be customer focused and managing risk, assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience.
