Personal BankerAs a Personal Banker, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering friendly, expert service and tailored financial solutions to help our members grow their financial wellbeing. With advancement opportunities and access to internal openings in departments like lending, marketing, IT, HR, and finance, your future is full of possibility.Build strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate products/services.Open and maintain various account types, such as checking, savings, IRAs, and trusts.Assist members with transactions, loan applications, and account inquiries, debit card replacements, online banking, and direct deposit letters.Educate and support members in using digital banking tools and services.Resolve account issues and debit card disputes efficiently.Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support branch operations through clerical tasks, balancing duties, and participation in audits.High School Diploma or equivalent1 – 2 years' experience in banking/financial servicesStrong communication/interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365 and basic computer operationProfessionalism in conduct, communication, and appearanceAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities based on member needsAbility to be bondedFor over 90 years, Arbor Financial Credit Union has helped members and employees thrive.
