Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Permanent Substitute Teacher to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs in small, structured classrooms. You will deliver standards-based instruction using provided lesson plans, adapt materials for diverse learners, implement IEP goals, and support behavior intervention plans with strong clinical and behavioral teams. Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe, positive, trauma‑informed learning environment.
