If you're looking for a stable career with growth opportunities and enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Permanent Mold Operator, you'll play an important role in the production process by creating high-quality aluminum castings.Your responsibilities may include:Dipping a bucket into molten aluminumTransporting and carefully pouring molten aluminum into moldsOperating permanent mold equipmentRemoving finished castings from moldsGrinding excess metal from finished productsPainting and preparing moldsOperating drill press equipmentAssisting with heat treat operationsProducing quality castings to meet customer ordersWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable individuals who:Have previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, production, foundry, or other physically demanding environmentsAre comfortable working around heat and industrial equipmentHave basic computer skillsCan lift, stand, bend, and work on their feet throughout the shiftHave a strong work ethic and excellent attendanceFollow safety procedures and work well as part of a teamWhy You'll Love This OpportunityStarting pay of $18.38 - $19.50/hour.
