Position Highlights
- Established practice with steady patient flow
- 4 or 5 day work week
- One Saturday per month (7:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
- Full-time schedule of 36+ clinical hours
- Clinical autonomy with the ability to expand procedures such as Endo, Implants, Oral Surgery and more
Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation around $200,000 plus production incentive
- 30% to 35% of net revenue
- Average earnings $240,000+ with many providers earning $300,000 to $400,000+ depending on scope expansion

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based best practices
- Develop and present treatment plans clearly and effectively
- Perform restorative, preventive, endodontic and surgical procedures within scope
- Evaluate periodontal health and provide appropriate care or referrals
- Collaborate with in-house specialists for comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
- Strong clinical skills and patient-focused communication
- Interest in professional growth and continuing education
