TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Women's Health Physician Assistant for a full-time permanent opportunity with a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving underserved and uninsured patients throughout Los Angeles County.
Position Details
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

- Location: Bell Gardens, California
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Compensation: $80.00–$90.00/hour
Practice Environment
- Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting
- Multispecialty outpatient practice
- Mission-driven organization serving underserved and uninsured populations
- Multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dentistry, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers
- Approximately 20–24 patients per day
- No night or weekend call
- Approximately 180,000 patient visits annually serving 48,000 patients
Qualifications
- Women's Health Physician Assistant
- Master's degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a certified Physician Assistant
- Clinical rotations during training do not count toward the required experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Must be able to conduct a full patient assessment in Spanish without an interpreter
