The role provides consultation on permanency issues, identifies barriers, and coordinates with caseworkers and community providers to secure placements for children awaiting reunification or adoption.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, strong communication skills, and a valid IL driver’s license.
