Pay & Benefits:

• Pay package: Highly competitive salary, starting at $25,000 to $50,000 above Birmingham, AL salaries (exact pay discussed upon application)
• Additional Compensation: Productivity bonuses, signing bonus of $100,000

What You’ll Do:

• Provide general Urological care and procedures
• Manage patient consultations, diagnostics, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals
• Participate in weekend call rotation (1 in 6)
• Utilize in-office lab services for patient convenience
• Engage with a vibrant community and growing patient base

What You Need:
Required:

• Medical license in Alabama or ability to obtain
• Board Certified/Eligible in Urology
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior Urology practice experience
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
