What You'll Do
- Perform portable X-ray exams using digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment at various facilities, including skilled nursing, prisons, and home health sites.
- Ensure high-quality, diagnostically useful images are captured, processed, and transmitted to radiologists.
- Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit results to cardiologists for interpretation.
- Unload and set up portable X-ray equipment efficiently at different locations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully functional radiology equipment and vehicle.
- Communicate professionally with team members, dispatch, and management about schedules and patient needs.
- Scan and process exam paperwork and billing documents daily.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid radiologic technologist license for South Carolina or eligible for licensure
- Ability to perform X-ray and associated procedures
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in mobile X-ray services and EKG procedures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments
