Pay & Benefits
- Pay package: Starting at $600,000+ annually
- Bonuses & Incentives: $50,000 signing bonus, up to $100,000 student loan repayment, annual quality and efficiency bonus, CME allowance

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality orthopedic surgical care including consultations, surgeries, post-op follow-ups, and in-office procedures
- Manage inpatient hospital care or collaborate with hospitalist teams
- Participate in flexible call and weekend coverage rotations
- Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practice providers
- Engage in patient education and support to ensure optimal outcomes
- Contribute to a busy, high-demand clinic with a supportive team environment
What You Need
- Active Missouri medical license or eligibility
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Minimum of several years of orthopedic surgical experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
