Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (pay package discussed upon application)
- Compensation & Incentives: Starting guaranteed salary of $425,000, with productivity bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

- Residency & Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent grads

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive obstetrics & gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings
- Manage a diverse patient panel, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, gynecological surgeries, and preventative care
- Conduct inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate care with hospitalists to ensure continuity
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists from St. Louis Children’s Hospital
- Utilize advanced surgical and diagnostic technology, including robot-assisted surgery and ultrasound procedures
- Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outreach efforts in the community
What You Need
Required:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
- Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
Preferred:
- Experience with robotic surgical technology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
