- Provide exceptional neonatal intensive care within a 40-bed Level III NICU
- Collaborate closely with a team of Neonatologists providing 24/7 in-house coverage
- Utilize advanced therapies including HFOV, HFJV, inhaled nitric oxide, and hypothermia
- Work alongside pediatric specialists in surgery and cardiology for comprehensive care
- Coordinate with neonatal transport and emergency teams
- Focus exclusively on NICU patients, with no nursery coverage
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
- Contribute to a family-centered care environment emphasizing education and support
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
- Valid Virginia medical license or eligible for licensure
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
