- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a state-of-the-art Level III NICU
- Manage critically ill and premature newborns utilizing advanced therapies like high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric subspecialists, and surgeons
- Participate in an attractive rounding and shared call schedule
- Educate and mentor pediatric residents and medical students
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based neonatal care
- Deliver family-centered care to infants and families across central and South Georgia
- Work within a modern, 50,000 sq. ft. NICU opened in 2019, part of a regional perinatal/neonatal center
- Medical license in Georgia
- Board Certified in Neonatology or equivalent
- Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
