- Provide inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology care within the hospital and clinic setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including radiation oncologists, tumor board, and cancer registry
- Support patients through diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management
- Participate in tumor board meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with patient education and counseling
- Manage chemo infusion and coordinate radiation therapy consults onsite
- Uphold exceptional patient care standards in a busy hospital environment
- Medical license in Alabama (or eligible to obtain)
- Board certification or eligibility in Hematology & Oncology
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate patient approach
- Experience in oncology preferred but not required
