Perm – Physician – ENT (Otolaryngologist)

Otolaryngologist (ENT): West Central Illinois

Full-time, permanent | BC/BE | General ENT

Palm Health Resources is searching for a board eligible/board certified ENT to join a well-established health system and its growing otolaryngology service. You'll practice alongside an experienced team, with strong clinical support and the chance to build a full, varied practice.

The practice

• Join a collaborative team of 1 ENT physician, 1 APP, and 1 audiologist
• Patient mix of about 60% adult and 40% pediatric
• Full scope of practice across clinic, hospital, and surgery, with robotics available
• Clinic goal of about 30 patients per day

Schedule

• Full-time; Call 1:5
• Optional facial fracture call, split with a pool of 4 plastic surgeons, with extra pay

Ideal Candidate

• A general ENT is highly preferred
• Subspecialty-trained candidates are welcome if they are comfortable with a general-heavy practice
• Interest in robotics, head and neck surgery, or other subspecialties is encouraged

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary up to $640,000, depending on experience
