Opportunity: Nurse Practitioner – Urology

Job Details:

• Assist the Urology surgeon in diagnosing and treating urologic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement treatment and care plans
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Assist in urologic surgeries and office‑based procedures
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans
• Manage post‑operative and follow‑up care
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff
• Practice under a supervising physician in a physician office setting
• Full‑time position (1.0 FTE / 40 hours per week) with daytime schedule; no weekends or holidays required; rotating on‑call coverage
• Master's degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program required
• Active Vermont APRN license required
• Two years of nursing experience in urology required
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification and DEA license required
• ANCC certification preferred
• Must be credentialable by medical staff
• Not open to visa candidates or locum positions
• Minimum 1 year experience required
