- Collaborate with neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Manage critically ill and premature neonates in a high-acuity environment
- Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and family-centered initiatives
- Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia
- Engage in mentorship and professional development opportunities
- Document care accurately, adhering to hospital and regulatory standards
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative, and technology-driven environment
Required:
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification in Georgia
- Valid state nursing license
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
- Prior NICU experience (new grads are encouraged to apply)
- Passion for family-centered neonatal care and professional growth
