- Shift: Variable shifts including 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday), 8-hour weekend shifts, and 16-hour night shift coverage (4 days per week)
- Hours/Week: Up to full-time
- Employment Type: Permanent, full-time
- License/Certifications: Must be NNP Board Certified (FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications not accepted)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a practicing NNP (excluding RN experience)
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

- Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation
- Participate in clinical education and teaching assignments at Mercer Medical School
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives in the NICU
- Support and educate families during their critical neonatal period
Required:
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Minimum of 2+ years NICU experience as an NNP
- Active Georgia license or ability to obtain one
- Experience with high-frequency ventilation and nitric oxide therapies
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
