Job Details
- Deliver hands‑on care in four Level‑III NICUs across the Las Vegas suburbs with a combined capacity of 140 beds
- Manage high‑acuity neonatal cases requiring specialized interventions including high‑frequency ventilation (jet and oscillator)
- Administer inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) therapy and total body cooling for HIE
- Participate in the neonatal transport program, coordinating emergency stabilization and care
- Collaborate with a team of 16 neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists
- Rotate through multiple sites and shifts as part of 24/7 neonatal care coverage
- Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and mentorship opportunities
- Support families through the NICU journey with compassionate, clear communication
