What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries within multiple hospitals
• Attend deliveries (no transport responsibilities)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
• Function with autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call backup
• Participate in a team-oriented, collegial environment focused on high standards of neonatal care
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Florida RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in neonatal or pediatric advanced practice roles
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment and care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently with high responsibility
