This facility is South Florida's premier provider of neonatal services featuring a large Level IV NICU along with coverage of other hospitals in the system. Opportunity: Board Certified - Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:
- Full‑time NNPs rotate to all 3 hospitals (all within about 20‑30 minute driving distance of each other) in the healthcare system
- The 2 Level III units have 24‑hour shifts
- The Level IV unit has either 10‑ or 12‑hour day shifts and 12‑ or 16‑hour night shifts
- Must have current 2+ years of experience as an NNP (not including RN experience)
- Must be NNP Board Certified
- FL License required (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's Degree (minimum) and/or Doctorate in Nursing required

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Many locations offer sign‑on bonuses, relocation assistance, and tuition reimbursement (to be discussed during interview).
