Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Mount Morris, MI

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to adult and family medicine patients.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct preventative care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments.
  • Develop and manage long-term treatment plans in coordination with specialists when needed.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate documentation and patient care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain a productivity expectation of 36 patient-contact hours per week.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to organizational compliance standards.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and support patient education initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Graduating candidates from 2026 and 2027 are welcome to apply.
  • Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain.
  • DEA certification.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certification.
  • Clean malpractice and licensing history.
  • EPIC EMR experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Open to H1B visa candidates; cannot accept J1 visa candidates.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates.
  • DEA certification required.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
