Responsibilities
- Lead and direct rehab program operations to meet PDOR targets and quality standards.
- Monitor metrics and dashboards to ensure performance against pipelines and targets.
- Ensure PDOR compliance, regulatory adherence, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Build and manage a robust rehab pipeline to forecast revenue and capacity needs.
- Develop and execute growth-oriented strategic plans for rehabilitation services.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with clinical, sales, and operations teams.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top rehab talent; mentor team for professional growth.
- Oversee budget, resource allocation, and cost control for rehab operations.
- Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships with payers, referrals, and partners.
- Drive patient-centered care initiatives and patient satisfaction improvement programs.
- Communicate performance results and strategic plans to executive leadership.
Experience and Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership of rehab program operations to meet PDOR targets.
- Experience managing dashboards and metrics to track pipelines and targets.
- Strong knowledge of PDOR compliance, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives.
- Proven ability to build and forecast a rehab revenue and capacity pipeline.
- Strategic planning for growth in rehabilitation services and market expansion.
- Cross-functional collaboration with clinical, sales, and operations teams.
- Talent management: recruiting, developing, and retaining rehab professionals.
- Budget management, resource allocation, and cost control for rehab ops.
- Stakeholder relationship management with payers, referrals, and partners.
