Pay & Benefits:

• 1099 Service Agreement:
  
  • Hourly Base Rate: $190/hr
  • Regional Blocks & Pediatrics Stipends: +$5/hr each
  • Total Hourly Rate with stipends: $200/hr
  • Estimated Total Compensation (Full-time): $325,000 - $345,000 annually
• Hospital-Employed:
  
  • Base: $238,000-$260,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Additional Stipends: OB, Pediatrics, Regional Blocks ($5k each)
  • 403(b) with 4% match after 2 years
  • Paid time off, CME allowance, dues/subscriptions, full benefits package
  • Sign-on bonus: $20,000 (student loan support over 5 years)
  • Paid holidays and birthday pay
  • Overtime/On-call pay: $200/hr, night and weekend rates also available

What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthetic care across diverse surgical specialties, including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, and urology
• Participate in select obstetrics cases and low-risk obstetrics procedures
• Manage preoperative assessments, anesthesia administration, and post-operative care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Practice within a care team model with equitable call scheduling
• Maintain or develop anesthesia skills with a variety of case types

What You Need:
Required:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Ohio licensure (or eligible)
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as needed

Preferred:

• Prior anesthesia experience
• Ability to self-schedule and work independently
