Pay & Benefits

• Compensation:
  • Base annual gross salary: $305,218 for 1.0 FTE (full-time 40 hours/week) with experienced CRNA rate of 95% applied
  • Pay package discussed upon application for part-time options

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia and anesthesia-related care independently, adhering to Oregon state laws and hospital policies
• Administer a variety of anesthesia including blocks and sedation, excluding head and heart cases, and healthy pediatric cases only
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow CRNAs in a team environment
• Manage high-acuity trauma cases within a Level III trauma hospital setting
• Assume responsibility for preoperative evaluation, intraoperative management, and postoperative care
• Practice according to Medical Staff bylaws and protocols

What You Need

• Valid and active CRNA Certification with Board Certified status (BC)
• Minimum of 1 year of anesthesia experience; not suitable for new graduates
• Ability to practice independently in Oregon
• Clean malpractice history and background
• Residency in or near Coos Bay (relocation may be required)
