UC San Diego Health is seeking a Perinatal Float Pool RN to provide family-centered care across multiple perinatal units, supporting Hillcrest LDRP, Jacobs Medical Center Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum. Float nurses receive their unit assignment prior to each shift and provide coverage based on census, acuity and staffing needs.
Autonomous nursing care is expected, with adherence to ANA standards. A cover letter is highly recommended when applying to this position.
