This role ensures safe, efficient, and standardized support for perioperative workflows including case preparation, anesthesia support, sterile processing coordination, and operating room turnover.
Responsible for team performance, operational efficiency, equipment readiness, and collaboration across Surgical Services, Sterile Processing, and Anesthesia to support high-quality patient care and optimal throughput. QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
Credentials/Licensure
Minimum: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or relevant certification preferred (if applicable based on internal standards). BLS certification.
Preferred: N/A
Related Experience
Minimum: Minimum of 3–5 years healthcare experience in perioperative services, operating room support, or related healthcare environment.
Preferred: Prior leadership, lead, or charge-level experience.
