Mandatory Skills
- Performance Testing/Engineering experience (10+ years)
- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Locust, or similar tools
- Advanced scripting using VUGen 9.5+
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven automation
- Knowledge of C, Java, SQL, and scripting
- Expertise in performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, AWR Reports
- Splunk for performance analysis
- Understanding of HTTP, Citrix, distributed load testing environments, and application architecture
- Performance bottleneck analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LoanIQ (Finastra)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Kubernetes/OpenShift
- Microservices and distributed architectures
- AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK
- AI agents/copilots for test automation and predictive capacity planning
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute load, stress, failover, and endurance tests
- Develop performance test plans and scripts
- Lead data creation activities for testing
- Analyze performance issues and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with development, architecture, infrastructure, and production support teams
- Use AI to automate analysis, improve diagnostics, and identify production risks
- Act as a Performance Engineering strategist and technical lead
