You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Location for this position is Philadelphia, PA. This position may require travel.Preferred Skills:At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test DesignExperience with Communications domain.At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.Expert in using JMeter 2.8 and above versions for complex front end,middleware and backened applications.Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement themInteract with subject matter experts, developers, integration staff, environment staff, systems analysts, E2E designers, components designers and business and systems analysts while doing performance impact analysisUnderstanding of the application, identifying key business processes in the application, preparing the load scenarios and participate in test executionResolving outstanding test data setup issues and queries for performance testing monitoring and analysisOwn the change control (including impact analysis) process for all scriptsPrioritize and plan validation of non-functional production issues based on criticality assigned by Program team and clientPrepare Performance Test Report and share with all the stakeholdersNice to have Mobile performance testing experienceShould have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular JS etc.Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environmentAnalytical skillsQualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
