Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Performance Tester will build and maintain reusable performance test suites while focusing on performance and load testing for software quality engineering. Key responsibilities Design and execute performance test plans using tools such as Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter Identify and troubleshoot performance issues across various applications and infrastructure Collaborate with development teams to ensure optimal performance and scalability of applications Required qualifications 4+ years of Software Quality Engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Performance and Load Testing Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go Proficient in using monitoring/APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic Solid understanding of performance engineering concepts, including latency and scalability Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and analyzing system-level metrics
