Leading enterprise performance engineering efforts, the full-time Performance Test Lead will design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies while ensuring system scalability and reliability in remote cloud environments. Key responsibilities Design and implement performance testing strategies to identify bottlenecks across applications, APIs, and infrastructure Collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness and optimize system performance Lead, coach, and mentor offshore Performance Engineer staff to enhance team capabilities and performance testing practices Required qualifications Experience with performance and scalability testing in distributed systems and API architecture Proficiency in Azure cloud services and Kubernetes (AKS) Strong background in performance metrics analysis and tuning Familiarity with CI/CD and automated performance pipelines Mid-level experience in performance engineering, ideally in enterprise SaaS platforms or high-volume transaction systems
