Performance Reporting Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and maintain accounts within PARis, interfacing with various custodians, managers, and administrators focusing on clients invested in Private Assets.
• Use analytical skills to verify data, identify issues, and develop creative and scalable solutions to provide accurate and consistent data to colleagues and clients.
• Respond to incoming inquiries from colleagues related to troubleshooting and review of complex account and data discrepancies.
• Assist with or lead projects centered on optimizing Private Asset reporting.
• Transition acquired firms onto the CAPTRUST reporting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, math; or equivalent work experience.
• Performance Reporting / Portfolio Accounting experience.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Desired Qualifications/Skills

• Previous experience in the investment industry.
• Previous experience with Private Asset accounting.
• Previous experience with the PARis reporting platform.
• Detail oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Understanding of finance/investments and accounting concepts.
• Able to work independently, proactive and meets deadlines.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• A high standard of professionalism.
