- Negotiate CPLs, payouts, volume commitments, caps, and other partnership terms.
- Understand partner traffic sources, lead-generation capabilities, pricing models, and performance expectations.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support onboarding and technical integrations.
- Monitor lead quality, volume, revenue, and profitability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop strategies to increase profitable volume from high-performing partners.
- Represent LeadVision at affiliate, performance marketing, and lead-generation conferences.
- Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, platforms, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, publisher development, strategic partnerships, business development, performance marketing, or lead generation.
- Experience directly managing publisher, affiliate, network, or lead-generation partnerships.
- Proven ability to develop new business through outbound prospecting and relationship-building.
- Strong understanding of CPL and performance-based lead-generation models.
- Experience negotiating pricing, payouts, volume, and performance-based agreements.
- Familiarity with Ping/Post, lead distribution, bidding, lead routing, and/or real-time lead-generation environments.
- Strong relationship-management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Business judgment with the ability to evaluate partnerships based on quality, profitability, and scalability.
- Comfortable owning relationships from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing growth.
- Willingness to travel to relevant conferences and industry events.
Preferred
- An established network of publishers, affiliates, networks, lead generators, or media buyers.
- Experience with a lead-generation company, lead exchange, affiliate network, or performance marketing organization.
- Experience with Ping/Post platforms, lead distribution systems, APIs, or similar integrations.
- Knowledge of CPL, CPA, revenue-share, bidding, and other performance-based compensation models.
- Experience in home services, heavy machinery, or other high-intent lead-generation verticals.
- Knowledge of performance marketing compliance and lead-quality standards.
What We Offer
- $90,000–$120,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus and/or commission opportunities
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Employer-matching 401(k)
- Profit-sharing opportunities
- 33–35 paid days off during your first year, including company breaks
- Hybrid schedule and Flex Time
- Fitness stipend and office gym
- Parking reimbursement
- Home office supplies provided
What Success Looks Like
In your first several months, you’ll focus on understanding LeadVision’s existing partner ecosystem, building strong relationships with current partners, and developing a pipeline of new opportunities.
Success ultimately means growing LeadVision’s partner network, lead supply, and revenue while maintaining strong quality and profitability.
The Person We’re Looking For
You’re a relationship builder who can walk into a conference and comfortably start a conversation, but you don’t rely solely on an existing network to create opportunities. You’re equally comfortable picking up the phone, prospecting into a new company, and building a relationship from scratch.
You understand the lead-generation ecosystem, follow through consistently, and know that the strongest partnerships are built over time.
Most importantly, you don’t simply manage partnerships. You grow them.
