Role:-Analytics Engineer Location:-Chicago, IL (preferred 1st) or Dallas (2nd preference), may also consider Edna, MN or Centennial, CO
Build and configure user-facing analytical experiences, including Databricks Genie spaces, dashboards, and fit-for-purpose notebooks.
Partner with Data Engineers to resolve data-model, quality, performance, and access issues affecting the user experience.
Work with the Systems Analyst, data champions, and users to validate usefulness, accuracy, and ease of use.
Monitor usage, answer quality, and adoption; Must have advanced SQL skills and strong dimensional, semantic, or metrics-layer modeling experience.
~ Experience with Databricks and modern BI or analytical-consumption tools; experience with Genie or natural-language analytics
~ Able to build out backend pipe, perform frontend configuration
~ Working knowledge of data quality, access control, performance optimization, and version-controlled analytics development.
~ Self-driven and curious by nature, comfortable researching and getting up to speed on new tools, data sets, and domains independently rather than requiring formal training.
Python experience.
Familiarity with healthcare, consulting, or financial analytics.
