Supporting the market Quality Director, the full-time remote Performance Improvement Evaluator II will assist in implementing and evaluating performance improvement processes, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to enhance health outcomes. Key responsibilities: Conduct assessments and evaluations using various methodologies to identify improvement opportunities in health outcomes Develop and monitor Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs) and action plans based on performance metrics Assist in creating quarterly and annual quality data analysis reports and focus studies targeting population interventions Required qualifications: Master's degree in public health or a related field is required Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in program evaluation Experience with the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) model for improvement is required Preferred experience in healthcare or managed care settings Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with quality improvement methodologies
