Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of client culture, structure, processes, and data Facilitate and lead performance improvement, clinical, and operational consulting engagements Deliver training and educational support based on client priorities and project needs Required qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Performance Improvement, Clinical, and Operations Consultant Clinical background with a BSN required; MSN preferred Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through performance improvement transformations Expertise in designing improved operating processes aligned with strategic plans Ability to coach and develop client staff at various organizational levels
