Ideal Candidate
- Build and own the performance testing environment from the ground up , including tools, processes, and standards
- Lead load, stress, and soak testing using tools like K6, Artillery, or JMeter
- Define performance strategy, benchmarking baselines, and success metrics across systems
- Develop and scale automation frameworks and integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Identify architectural risks, bottlenecks, and scalability issues early in the SDLC
- Translate performance metrics into clear, business‑impact insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Ops to embed performance into delivery
- Help establish and grow a performance‑focused culture and team
