Job Responsibilities:
- Performance testing.
- Continuously test, monitor, and recommend fixes to improve and maintain performance of the applications.
- Identify bottlenecks early and recommend optimization of resource utilization.
- Design, implement and execute performance tests using NeoLoad to ensure scalability and reliability of applications.
- Collaborate with development teams, analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
Skills and Experience Required:
Required:
- 5 -6 years relevant experience.
- Possess at least 3 years of experience in performance testing using Neoload, including scripting.
- Candidate must have at least 3 -5 years of experience in performance engineering.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with performance testing concepts (including load testing, stress testing).
- Experience in doing E2E performance testing for assigned projects.
- Experience with NFR management and extrapolation.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
