The ideal candidate will drive new initiatives, ensure alignment with customer goals, and deliver high-impact solutions.Required SkillsShould have strong experience in Performance Engineering, cloud optimization, capacity planning.Should have development background in Java for tuning and optimizationShould have strong performance monitoring skills using Dynatrace/AppDynamicsShould have experience in performance testing process in agile methodologiesShould have good communication, leadership and presentation skillsProven experience in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.Strong understanding of system performance metrics, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).Prior experience in a consulting or onsite customer engagement role.Ecommerce domain
