At a Glance
The Performance & Growth team sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and revenue — and we're looking for an Analyst who’s ready to do meaningful work from day one. We manage, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Healthline and Healthgrades, delivering clear insights that drive client performance and fuel growth. If you love digging into data, proactively surfacing what’s driving results, and being a reliable partner, you’ll fit right in.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in‑office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York, NY office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Monday and Friday if you wish.
Office Address: 250 Park Ave South, New York, NY 10003
What You’ll Do
As an Associate on the Performance & Growth team, you'll own the accuracy and quality of campaign reporting, surface the "why" behind the numbers, and help ensure that every deliverable we ship is polished and client‑ready. You’ll be a strategic partner to the Sales team, owning the performance narrative, recommending the strategic media mix, and translating data into actionable recommendations that influence investment decisions. You’ll drive performance reporting across the account lifecycle—surfacing trends and opportunities and ensuring every recommendation balances client impact with commercial viability.
- Analyze and monitor performance of advertising campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, partnering with Sales to shape where and how accounts should grow.
- Build and maintain client reports across content, video, and display campaigns to track internal and client KPIs and metrics—always including clear takeaways, not just numbers pulled.
- Recommend the optimal media mix for cross‑functional teams to execute, balancing performance with commercial impact.
- Process raw data from DCM/GAM and other platforms into usable formats that deliver actionable insights.
- Drive cross‑functional internal coordination to move deals forward when needed.
- Draft emails, slides, and notes at a quality level that leadership can send with light edits.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance analytics to continuously enhance data analysis techniques.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in a professional environment, ideally in media, advertising, or digital.
- Solid grasp of digital media concepts, media math, and advertising KPIs — you understand the levers and what moves them.
- Excel expertise required: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and formula‑based automation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
- You flag problems early and come with solutions; you don’t wait to be asked.
- You’re collaborative, curious, and genuinely interested in what’s driving results for our clients.
- You’re flexible, embrace feedback, and can shift focus when business priorities change.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or other visualization tools is a plus.
- SQL or Python basics are a plus.
