To support strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Performance Analytics Leader will translate complex financial, clinical, and operational data into actionable insights, architect enterprise-grade dashboards, and collaborate with various departments to enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities. Key responsibilities Design and implement standardized dashboards and scorecards for all Commercial B2B lines of business Build MVP reports using Tableau, Excel, and Power BI to extract insights and monitor project outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate reporting logic and develop a cadence of reporting and performance reviews Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, business, finance, or related field 10 - 12+ years of relevant professional work experience, preferably in a healthcare environment Proven track record of building and scaling reporting capabilities within payer organizations Ability to program using SQL and knowledge of SQL databases Advanced expertise with MS Office (Excel, Access) for data manipulation and analyses
