Supporting the analysis of user performance needs, the full-time remote Performance Analyst will translate findings into actionable IT system requirements, develop test scripts, and evaluate performance reports in a government contracting environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze user performance needs and create actionable IT system requirements documents Develop and execute comprehensive test scripts for system performance assessment across all testing phases Document findings in formal test reports and present results to stakeholders, ensuring traceability to requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance analysis, system testing, or IT requirements analysis Proficiency in creating test scripts, test plans, and formal test reports Experience conducting system performance evaluations across multiple testing phases Familiarity with requirements management and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps)
