Niagara Hospice is seeking a compassionate On-Call Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Care team in Lockport, NY. Weekend shifts are available, with Saturday and/or Sunday 8:30am-4:30pm and a minimum of two shifts per month required.
You will provide skilled hospice nursing services, perform clinical assessments, support patients and families, and coordinate with the IDT to ensure comfort and quality of life across Niagara County.
