Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver full-spectrum urological care (assessment, diagnosis, and treatment).
- Efficiency: Maintain timely charting and charge capture per Core standards.
- Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and supervise mid-level providers (NPs/PAs) as needed.
- On-Call: Participate in night and weekend call rotations within the group.
