Role Overview:
The Per Diem RN I provides direct nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort in accordance with legal, organizational, and professional standards.
Responsibilities:
Apply clinical nursing skills, utilize equipment for patient care, administer CPR, oxygen, and IV therapy, and travel within the region as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate from an approved RN program, valid Texas RN license, current BLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience or relevant LVN background. Willing to work a minimum of 5 shifts per month and on days surrounding holidays.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, specialty certifications, ACLS, and computer proficiency.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay ranges from $29 to $52, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, incentives, recognition programs, stock purchase, and 401(k).
