A nursing home serving approximately 50 residents is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to provide vacation coverage. This role requires a qualified professional to work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, on specified dates.
Location:
- Chantilly, VA
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Dates needed: August 5, 6, 7, 10, and 11
- Verify prescriptions accurately to ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff
- Utilize the Point Click Care computer system for documentation and workflow
- Current and active Virginia pharmacist license
- Minimum of one year recent pharmacy experience
- Familiarity with nursing home environments and patient care standards
- Proficient with Point Click Care system preferred
