Per Diem Patient Access Specialist: Intake & Insurance

Good Shepherd Health Care System is seeking a Per Diem Patient Access Representative to ensure efficient daily operations and strong customer service on the phone. You will handle outpatient registrations, pre-registration, collect payments, verify insurance, and file paperwork.

Responsibilities include data entry into the EHR, securing authorizations, collecting co-pays, and explaining hospital forms such as Advance Directives. A HS diploma and basic bilingual skills are preferred.
