Per Diem Orthopedic Trauma PA – Level I Care, Weekend/Night

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a Per diem Physician Assistant for the Orthopedic Trauma Surgery team at Baystate Medical Center. You will work alongside fellowship-trained surgeons and experienced APPs in a fast-paced, Level I Trauma Center environment.

This role covers high-acuity orthopedic trauma care across ED, Trauma, ICU, and inpatient floors, with opportunities to assist in operations as a first assistant and to participate in ongoing mentorship and professional development.
