HumanGood is seeking a Per Diem MDS Coordinator RN in Bradbury, CA. The role develops, completes, and transmits resident assessments (MDS) in alignment with Federal and State standards and utilizes QA, care planning, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
The ideal candidate has RN licensure with several years of RN experience and at least 1 year as MDS Coordinator, with flexibility for midweek and weekend shifts and compensation of $48–$58 per hour (DOE).
