Role Overview
Manager in PEPI leads major diligence workstreams, translating high‑level hypotheses into structured analyses and coaching teams to deliver insight‑rich outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own 1–2 core workstreams (e.g., Market Attractiveness, Customer & GTM, Competitive Dynamics)
- Design analytical approaches within assigned workstreams
- Manage Consultants and Associates within the workstream
- Ensure analytical rigor, coherence, and insight quality
- Synthesize findings into clear implications for the deal thesis
- Partner closely with the Director on issue framing and prioritization
Qualifications
- MBA from a top‑tier business school (or equivalent experience)
- 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, PE, or adjacent roles
- Strong problem‑structuring and analytical leadership skills
What Success Looks Like
- Delivers airtight workstreams that stand up to IC scrutiny
- Develops junior talent effectively
- Becomes the “go‑to” owner for specific diligence modules
Benefits
Salary range is $125,000–$190,000 annually. A&M offers a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with discretionary contribution, paid time off including vacation and personal days, 72 hours of sick time (prorated for part‑time), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave.
